Responsibilities:
- Provides customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with company’s values, philosophies, policies and programs.
- Responsible for HR Services team financial reporting.

- Support financial analysis for Finance and HR partners
- Track and support daily financial related tasks as cost tracking with invoice detail report, PO summary report and GL report
- Ensure invoices received from vendor being forwarded to respective regional scanning team and work with Account Payable team for payment or discrepancy issue
- Follow up for inconsistent/ missing/ wrong billings including retrieve invoice copy from Docunet and iProcurement
- Address finance related queries and work closely with GIPO, Finance and Payroll team
- Support Purchase Order (PO) within HR Services team

- Open new Purchase Orders and extend existing POs/BPOs for existing vendors

- Yearly Benefits and Payroll POs renewal
- Provide monthly invoice detail and PO summary report under the ownership of Benefits team
- Provide PO summary report per request
- Support HR M&A (Merger & Acquisition) projects

- Timely delivery of data for IT tools/services provisioning
- Lead employment packet and Total Rewards statement generation to meet M&A offer delivery and employee communication deadlines.
- Works on human resources assignments with broadly defined objectives.
- Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.
- Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent.
- 3 - 4 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle iProcurement system plus experience in leading/participating in cross-functional project team is strongly desired.
- A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong in excel functionalities, preferably advance level
