JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To prepare Production Schedule by LC2 maintenance.
  • To coordinate and resolve any matters related to production schedule.
  • To monitor production and shipment progress.
  • To calculate production capacity versus forecast and actual order for production schedule.
  • Responsible for night batch job activities.
  • Responsible for MN/MR cut-off activities.
  • Assist superior to handle half-yearly stock take activity.
  • Responsible for daily activity job operation.
  • Check the daily inventory, re-order components when required.
  • To input budget data to Budget Control System.
  • To proceed Cheque Requisition/Purchase Requisition to Finance and Purchasing Department.
  • To check daily attendance.
  • To prepare monthly stationery requirement.
  • To prepare overtime application in intranet system.
  • To in-charge for export movement.
  • To generate weekly shipment schedule for export to overseas.
  • Ensures export activities followed Malaysia Custom rules and regulations.
  • Application and renewal of regulatory authority’s related document including Certificate of Origin.
  • Prepares related export documentation such as Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading and etc. (when required by customer) for a smooth timely clearance and deliveries.
  • To communicate well with internal and external parties to ensure all shipments are arrange, prepare, deliver and receive in scheduled timeline.
  • To maintain proper filing of documents.
  • To implement on department 5S activities.
  • To perform additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or above in Mathematics/Statistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Priority will be fresh graduates.
  • On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be computer literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and must be willing to work in Johor Bahru, Johor.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge on planning, transportation and forwarding matter will be an additional advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
