  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: Fiber Optic Splicer
Salary Range: RM 2,500 – RM 6,500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Splice and test fiber optic cables to ensure seamless and reliable connectivity.
  • Conduct fiber optic cable installations, terminations, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform testing using specialized equipment to verify cable performance and identify faults.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of splicing activities, test results, and cable configurations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all tasks.
  • Conduct routine maintenance to optimize the performance of fiber optic networks.

Requirements:

  • Certifications such as CA1C and CA2C are a must.
  • Hands-on experience in fiber optic splicing, testing, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using splicing and testing equipment (e.g., OTDR, fusion splicers).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in varying environments, including outdoors.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
