Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to support the growth and expansion of inbound sales for Mastrum, a leading advertising technology platform in Japan. This role will focus on generating leads, building ISO-compliant marketing processes, crafting compelling marketing materials and aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives to drive revenue growth.The candidate will work closely with the sales, product, and local teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies into sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Sales Support:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive inbound sales leads.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored campaigns targeting key markets and segments.
- Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Develop specific marketing strategies aimed at increasing PMV conversion rates.
- ∙Build and deepen relationships with industry associations, thought leaders, and media agencies where sales teams have established connections.
- ∙Create tailored activations to enhance engagement with media agencies and boost PMV conversion to sales pipeline leads.
- ∙Partner with agency teams to co-host events or produce joint campaigns that reinforce Moving Walls’ value proposition.
- Content Creation & Management: Brand and solution awareness in Japan and other markets
- Create marketing collateral, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and email campaigns. Sales kits , Fact sheets, etc
- Manage content updates on digital platforms (websites, social media, email newsletters) to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
- Work with marketing team to integrate Japan content
- Market Expansion Support & Performance Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and support entry into new regions.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns specific to targeted geographies, ICP and industry verticals.
- Monitor digital and social campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Recommend adjustments to campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Event and Partnership Coordination:
- Plan and manage events, webinars, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Support the development of co-marketing activities with clients and partners.
- Help build reach for the CMO breakfast events, DSP days and Golf tournament planned to achieve engagement.
5.Lead Generation:
- Design and implement innovative lead-generation campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Develop customer personas and market segmentation to optimize targeting.
- Leverage analytics tools to track lead performance and ensure a high conversion rate.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1.Lead Generation
oGenerate a specific number of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) from PMV activations per quarter.
oAchieve a targeted PMV-to-lead conversion rate.
2.Event and Campaign Success
oHost at least two PMV-focused activations or events per quarter in collaboration with media agencies.
oDrive a measurable increase in pipeline value from agency-targeted events and campaigns.
3.Partnership Engagement
oEstablish formal marketing collaborations with at least 5 key media agencies within the first year.
oAchieve X% increase in brand mentions or endorsements through agency partnerships.
4.Content Impact
oPublish N pieces of PMV-aligned content (case studies, campaign reports) per quarter.
oAchieve specific engagement metrics (e.g., clicks, downloads) for agency-facing content.
5.Pipeline Growth
oEnsure Y% of PMV contributes directly to SQLs in the pipeline within defined timelines.
oSupport the sales team in achieving their PMV-related revenue goals through marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing or sales support, ideally within tech or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and supporting sales teams.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools; Canva, RenderForest, PipeDrive, Looker Studio, Apollo.Ai, CRM platforms; Zoho, and analytics tools; Linkedin Analytics, Meta Analytics, GA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Japanese language a must. Spoken and written.
- Proficiency in crafting persuasive marketing materials.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
