Key Responsibilities:

    -Organize and manage the executive's calendar, meetings, and appointments. -Coordinate and arrange travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transport. -Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely responses. -Assist with organizing and preparing for meetings, including note-taking and follow-up tasks. -Run personal errands, manage shopping lists, and arrange personal appointments. -Assist with expense tracking and processing invoices. -Prepare and maintain documents, presentations, and reports. -Plan and coordinate events and special projects as needed.
