Position Overview: The Human Resource Manager will lead and manage all HR functions, ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while aligning HR strategies with business goals.     -Policy and Compliance:
      -Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws and regulations. -Create and enforce rules that produce results and maintain order.
    -Training and Development:
      -Lead Learn & Develop initiatives to enhance employee skills and leadership. -Promote continuous learning and professional growth.
    -Strategic HR Leadership:
      -Work with leadership to address critical business priorities. -Influence and drive organizational changes to support growth.

Requirements:

    -Age below 40 -Language Skills: Must be proficient in Mandarin, with strong speaking and writing abilities.
    -Education and Experience:
      -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. -At least 8 years of HR experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
    -Key Skills:
      -Strong understanding of people management and organizational dynamics. -Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. -Ability to handle conflict resolution and influence change.
