- -Deliver recruitment for a functional specialism across industries taking ownership for personal financial target within the specialism -Develop new or existing business immediately assigned with the objective of growth.
Business Development and Client Management
- -Understand client needs, company culture, and the specific skills required for open positions. -Consult with clients on recruitment strategies and market trends. Develop relationships and grow portfolio of repeat clients in line with targets. -Negotiate contracts and fees with clients.
Recruitment
- -Develop and implement successful sourcing strategies to find high calibre candidates. -Beyond online job boards, social media and professional networking sites, you should be open to attend industry event and developing relationships on a continuous basis. -Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing coaching and information about the company and role. -Manage the interview process, scheduling interviews and liaising between clients and candidates. -Implement new recruitment technologies and tools to streamline the process and improve efficiency. -Develop and mentor juniors where assigned. -Exceed or meet individual financial targets set. -Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. -Ensure full and prompt data entry and enrichment of the database.
