Job Description Summary

As the Product Manager for People Systems, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the HR systems that drive efficiency, innovation, and excellence in the People function and along the Hire to Retire process. You will champion user-centric design and partner with cross-functional teams - including HR, IT, and external vendors - to ensure these systems align with business needs, deliver a seamless user experience, and support the organization’s strategic goals.

The Product Manager will lead efforts to optimize end-to-end processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and leveraging technology solutions to enhance workflows and employee experiences. Staying informed on HR technology trends, including advancements in AI, the Product Manager will proactively recommend use cases to improve existing solutions or introduce new tools when necessary.

This role will be responsible for collaborating closely with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and stakeholders across the business to uncover gaps, drive meaningful improvements, and continuously enhance day-to-day HR technology.

The Product Manager will foster transparency and alignment across the People team by sharing regular updates, insights, and trends while encouraging collaboration and feedback. As a leader within the Agile Scrum team, the Product Manager will guide and enable their squad to deliver impactful, user-centred solutions that are data-driven and forward-thinking.
