  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: Broadband Technician
Salary Range: RM 2,800 – RM 5,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain broadband internet services for residential and commercial clients.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of broadband equipment.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding internet services and equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve service disruptions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies during installations and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, repairs, and installations.

Requirements:

  • Certifications such as BCBP, CA1A, and CA2A are a must
  • Experience in broadband installation and maintenance is preferred.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and in varying environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
