Sales Assistant / Cashier:

  • Oversee daily sales operations to achieve outlet and company sales targets.
  • Issue official company invoices to customers for all sales transactions using only cash/eWallet, unless approval is obtained from the company director to accept other forms of payment.
  • Serve customers professionally without discrimination based on the type and size of the customer's business.
  • Ensure buyers receive clear information about product items and sales promotions (if any).
  • Maintain good relationships with customers. For example, contact customers to check on their well-being, business status, and stock levels.
  • Ensure all cash sales records are sent daily to the headquarters, and cash sales are banked into the company's bank account.
  • Ensure the store (such as sofas, shelves) and equipment are well-arranged and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Ensure all customers receive the best service.
  • Comply with rules and instructions set by the employer related to COVID-19 and any guidelines established by the Ministry of Health, WHO, and other relevant agencies.

    Inventory:

    • Regularly clean all refrigerators/cold rooms.
    • Ensure that items leaving the outlet match the printed purchase invoice and check the purchased items with the customer.
    • Ensure that stock received from the headquarters is carefully checked to ensure no items are missing or extra.
    • Manage inventory by reviewing stock activities, such as slow-moving items and if stock is almost depleted; suggest sales promotions or clearance sales.
    • Ensure sufficient stock availability and that stock is issued according to the FIFO (first in, first out) system.
    • Ensure daily physical stock preparation runs smoothly as recorded in the system and report to HQ daily.
    • Follow recovery procedures in case of inventory/stock loss as stated in the Employee Handbook.
    • Perform duties required by management from time to time.

  • Minimum SPM
  • With Sales experience will be added advantage.
  • Self-motivated with integrity.
  • Possess own car with valid driving license.
  • Willing to working in rotating, public holidays and weekends.
  • Mobile and willing to relocation within Malaysia added advantage.
