Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage tenant relationships and drive occupancy for our co-living spaces. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for searching new potential tenant leads and achieving occupancy targets, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for prospective and new tenants, helping them find the ideal co-living solution and ensuring their experience meets our brand standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesTenant Acquisition & Sales- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly occupancy targets.
- Arrange with Community Manager to conduct tours of the property with prospective tenants, highlighting the unique features of co-living spaces.
- Qualify leads through phone and email to understand their needs and preferences.
- Convert inquiries into move-ins by offering tailored co-living solutions.
Tenant Onboarding & Management- Oversee and coordinate the entire tenant onboarding process, from lease agreements to check-in.
- Provide assistance with the leasing process, including paperwork, deposits, and terms.
- Act as a point of contact for tenants, addressing questions and concerns promptly before finalizing
Candidates that must hit the monthly target to be confirmed as full time confirmed employment
Qualifications- Minimum education is SPM
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing.
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
- Having experience in leasing, or tenant management within the co-living, property rental, or real estate industry will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tenants and leads.
- Customer-focused approach, with the ability to resolve issues and foster positive tenant experiences.
- Knowledge of property management software and CRM tools is a plus.
