Lead and support a small team of 5-10 members, ensuring collaboration and efficient task management. Foster a positive and motivated work environment to achieve team goals.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and address challenges promptly.
Manage resources effectively to balance customer demands and team capabilities.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and handle customer feedback or concerns professionally.
Identify growth opportunities, improve processes, and implement strategies to support business expansion.
Handle key administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and liaising with vendors or external partners.
Assist with filling key roles in the team, include pre-screening of potential candidates

We are looking for the following qualities

Proven experience in managing a small business or leading project teams, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
Outspoken and confident, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and build strong relationships.
Proficient in English, with Mandarin communication skills being an added advantage.
Possesses an eye for detail, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
Keen interest in exploring opportunities and strategies with a strong sense of business acumen.
Able to commute independently between the office, customer sites, and other locations as required for the role.
