- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.

Sales
- Identify and engage potential clients for event services.
- Develop and present tailored event proposals and packages.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain a database of prospects and clients.
- Track sales performance and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Create promotional materials such as brochures and presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Track marketing performance and sales metrics to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
- SPM/STPM/ Diploma/ Advance Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field in hospitality or/and food & beverages.
- Proven experience in coordinating events.
- Previous administrative or event planning experience preferred.
- Prior experience dealing with senior management and multi-millionaires, demonstrating an understanding of their expectations and needs.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work within strict deadlines.
