Job Description:
-Respond promptly and courteously to incoming email and WhatsApp.
-Engage with customers in both English and Mandarin, providing support and information about our services
Customer Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Timely Responses:
-Ensure prompt responses to incoming messages, reflecting the company's commitment to excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
Language Proficiency:
Good in communications, Bahasa Melayu and English.
Experience:
-Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
Previous experience in customer service and sales roles is advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills:
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
