About the Job:

As the Human Resources Generalist, you will manage and execute a variety of HR tasks that contribute to the overall success of the organization. From talent acquisition and employee relations to benefits administration and compliance, your role is vital in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will act as a trusted partner to employees and leaders, helping to build a positive, productive, and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage recruitment efforts, coordinate onboarding processes, and ensure a smooth integration of new team members.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, provide guidance, and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • HR Administration: Oversee HR processes, including maintaining accurate employee records, managing contracts, and updating HR systems.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring employees understand their entitlements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Performance Management: Support performance review processes, assist in identifying training needs, and help implement development plans.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to HR initiatives such as engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and organizational development projects.
  • Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
    • 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferable from retail industry
    • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
    • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
