- Consistently follow up with sales representative and answer any questions or concerns.
- Prepare delivery order ,sales invoice, follow up and other ad-hoc work related to sales.
- Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations, administrative supports and delivery arrangements.
- Perform delivery order and inventory arrangement by daily basis.
- Coordinate and able to work closely with other departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assign by management from time to time.
