Job description- Responsible to support the sales strategies implementation and execution to drive SW Group’s revenue growth in export market aligning with the organization objectives.
- Responsible to support on identifying new business opportunities internationally and fostering strong relationships with international distributors, retailers and partners.
- Responsible for providing day-to-day support and guidance to the sales team to meet and/or surpass sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Sales Development and Management- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing plans for overseas target markets ensuring sales target and objective achieve in aligned with the Company goal.
- Assist in executing the lead generation strategies, identifying and generating sales leads and prospects through various channels.
- Assist in implementing business-growth opportunities and market entry strategies co-developed with Marketing Strategy & Research function.
- Support the initiation and coordination of action plans aimed at penetrating new markets and expanding market share.
- Support to provide insights on international growth potential via sales data and trends analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports for Management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional strategies co-developed with Branding & Marketing to stimulate sales overseas.
External Stakeholder Management- Support in identifying and establishing strong and collaborative relationships with international distributors, retailers and partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and key stakeholders.
Internal Collaboration and Communication- Communicate with Logistics and Warehouse & Production functions to work out demand forecasts and prevent out-of-stock and overstock situations.
- Provide timely feedback of product information and activities/ pricing of competitors to Manager for strategic/pricing adjustment.
- Collaborate with Market Research & Strategy function to provide insights into sales trends, customer behaviours, and product improvements.
- Provide guidance and motivate sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals; monitor performance, and ensure alignment with Company sales objectives.
Others- Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations of the local and targeted export market.
- Provide ongoing training and motivation to Sales team to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in sales management.
REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor’s Degree and/or master’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a Sales role (preferably in FMCG industry).
- Knowledgeable and capable in planning, executing and coordinating sales initiatives.
- Ability to architect sales strategies and provide effective leadership.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and team members.
- Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in sales management.
