  • Answer and handle incoming calls for inquiries, and greet and assist clients for appointments.
  • Collect and distribute mail from the mailbox at Level P1, and receive and forward documents to the relevant department.
  • Manage the company’s general email account.
  • Arrange courier services, including runners and Lalamove.
  • Handle bookings for agent halls and meeting rooms.
  • Monitor office supplies, check stock levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Ensure the availability of laundry equipment for cleaners and manage supplier orders for out-of-stock items.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, such as air conditioning, lighting, and certificates, and address any minor facility issues.
  • Arrange the pick-up of offer letters for agents, ensuring all office equipment is maintained and available.
  • Assist management with ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Coordinate with service providers like TM and Unifi.
  • Provide backup support to the sales department during staff absences due to leave or medical reasons.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Education:

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with the right skills and attitude are welcome to apply.
