- Answer and handle incoming calls for inquiries, and greet and assist clients for appointments.
- Collect and distribute mail from the mailbox at Level P1, and receive and forward documents to the relevant department.
- Manage the company’s general email account.
- Arrange courier services, including runners and Lalamove.
- Handle bookings for agent halls and meeting rooms.
- Monitor office supplies, check stock levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
- Ensure the availability of laundry equipment for cleaners and manage supplier orders for out-of-stock items.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, such as air conditioning, lighting, and certificates, and address any minor facility issues.
- Arrange the pick-up of offer letters for agents, ensuring all office equipment is maintained and available.
- Assist management with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Coordinate with service providers like TM and Unifi.
- Provide backup support to the sales department during staff absences due to leave or medical reasons.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Education:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
Experience:
- 1–3 years in an administrative role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with the right skills and attitude are welcome to apply.

- Basic English communication skills (knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage).
