Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Orienting new employees and training existing employees.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital formats.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Take responsibility and accountability for daily tasks delegated by the manager.
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Attend all relevant training.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR and Administrative roles.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Enthusiastic about automotive and technology.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working hours: Mon – Friday 9.00AM – 6.00 PM ; Saturday 9.00AM – 1.00PM.
