Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orienting new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital formats.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Take responsibility and accountability for daily tasks delegated by the manager.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Attend all relevant training.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR and Administrative roles.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Enthusiastic about automotive and technology.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working hours: Mon – Friday 9.00AM – 6.00 PM ; Saturday 9.00AM – 1.00PM.
