Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors and workers.
Ensure quality of work accordance with specification and drawing.
Check , schedule , control and monitor all plant and materials.
To monitor site progress and to ensure all works are done as per schedule.
Liaise closely with main / sub contractor, consultants and the operation team to ensure timely completion of projects.
To monitor, record and control material usage or transfer at the site and monitor machinery and material wastage on site
Tasks include –
Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications;
Coordinating labour resources and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment;
Operating and implementing coordinated work programmes for sites;
Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety;
Arranging submission of plans to local authorities;
Arranging building inspections by relevant authorities;
Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources;

Required Languange(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the related / construction field will be advantageous
Supervision of work progress activities at site in accordance with schedule and drawing.
Coordinate, supervise and execute construction activities, inspect and control quality of construction works before deliveries.
Monitor site progress and implement day to day activities report & prepare site report regularly.
Liaison with sub-contractors to ensure all IT out works are carried accordingly to drawing.
