Responsibilities:
  • To handle all matters in ensuring the compliance with the construction documents.
  • To carry out inspection / test at site and prepare report.
  • To ensure all works are constructed in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plans and procedures as well as method statements.
  • The site located at Kawasan Perusahaan Valdor Seberang Perai, Penang.
  • To assist in managing contract document.

Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Architecture.
  • Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • 8 years and above of experience.
  • Understanding construction methodologies, operations and processes.
  • Practical knowledge of project plan development and implementation.
