Role Overview:
As an Events Management Executive, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their needs and curating tailored event solutions that align with our brand’s standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire event process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clientele.
In addition, you will oversee festive visual merchandising (VM) initiatives, ensuring our aesthetics reflects seasonal celebrations and captivates visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management:
- Consult with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored event concepts and solutions.
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to integrate events with promotional campaigns.
- Manage on-site execution to ensure flawless event delivery and client satisfaction.
- Festive Visual Merchandising (VM):
- Plan and oversee festive VM concepts for key seasonal celebrations and special occasions.
- Collaborate with creative designers, vendors, and contractors to execute visual displays that align with our brand positioning.
- Ensure festive installations are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor visitor engagement and provide recommendations for VM enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Stay updated on event and VM trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Analyze the impact and success of events and VM projects, providing reports and insights for future improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning, visual merchandising, consulting, or a similar role within the luxury, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong understanding of high-end clientele and their expectations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for event execution and VM setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,052.18 - RM7,414.53 per month
