Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service while managing various clerical tasks.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with scheduling appointments and reservations
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Prior experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
- Age under 35
- Have driver liscence and own a transport
- Can cover staff shift if needed
Job Type: Full-time
