  • Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent business administration, hospitality management, or education.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in additional languages, especially Tamil, or other languages commonly spoken in Malaysia, may be advantageous in an international school setting.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail, especially in a busy and dynamic front desk environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, staff, and visitors from diverse backgrounds.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and appreciation of cultural differences and the ability to adapt communication and service delivery accordingly.
