Shop Supervisor (Saujana Utama)

· Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.

· Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.

· Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.

· Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.

· Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.

· Motivating employees to achieve targets.

· Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

· Organizing store staff work schedules.

· Assigning work tasks to store staff to meet the needs of the store and its customers.

· Monitoring inventory and procurement of new stock as needed.

· Mentoring store employees to benefit the performance of the store.

· Providing assistance to new hires to learn about store policies and procedures.

· Develop, implement, and manage a sales, marketing, and merchandising strategy to achieve profitability and market share objectives

· Communicate with and motivate employees and customers, resolving issues and initiating corrective action

· Ensure a safe and clean work environment

Monthly sales achievement incentive up to RM 300

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay

Experience:

• Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• DRIVING LICENSE (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
