KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process all Sales Orders accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices
  • To support sales & marketing activity
  • Answers all customers’ queries professionally and courteously.
  • Records and resolves all after-sales issues.
  • Seeks assistance from Supervisors for unresolved queries if necessary.
  • Coordinates with Production and Logistics Department on customer orders daily.
  • Complies with company SOP/ Guidelines/ Work Instructions.
  • Files & safeguards supporting documents in accordance to set requirements.
  • Preserves confidential information such as prices, customer purchase orders etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess min Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field preferably with working experience in e-commerce will be an added advantage.
  • Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of MS Office, and MS Excel
  • Experience in order processing / data entry.
  • Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to accept challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
