SCOPE OF WORK

Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading and managing all the end to end drawings from space planning, conceptual design, detail drawings, presentation file till the project completion with as built drawings.
Co-ordinate with Real Estate, Fit-Out, QS, Procurement and Spaceman, understanding the project design and various requirements.
Preparing tender drawing and documents.
Submitting daily and weekly report to superior, ensuring the projects is on-going as scheduled
Attending site meeting if required.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Passion for design and an eye for detail.
Expertise in using tools like autocad, sketchup, cohoom/vray, ps/ai/canva (or any design software skills) to whip up floor plans, elevations, and 3d views that make
Possess diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to share ideas and collaborate with the team.
Willingness to work alongside team and bosses and learn from their expertise.
Bring a can-do spirit and a smile to every project!
Available for an immediate start, whenever you’re ready.
Be able to drive is a plus but not required.

Malaysian applicant preferred.
1 to 3 years working experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,667.49 - RM4,079.47 per month
