JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitor transaction (Email, Chats & Calls audits) / units as per the prescribed guidelines and schedule.
- Assess the quality and accuracy of the calls monitored, including financial and compliance accuracy.
- Provide feedback to the Analysts.
- Provide feedback to the Trainers (as appropriate)
- Implement process / analyst corrective action as required.
- Generate the accuracy scores and send the report to all concerned.
- Maintain ‘program quality’ related client interactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least, 2 years industry experience in Quality Assurance.
- Prior Product Specialist experience preferred.
- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs.
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
- Dual-Lingual (Native): Excellent English and Japanese
(spoken and written communication skills) as this is to support Japanese market.
- Tri-lingual (Local): Excellent English, Bahasa Malaysia and Japanese
(spoken and written communication skills) as this is to support Japanese market.
Work hours:
- Hybrid : Monday :10am to 7pm and Tuesday to Friday: 9am to 6pm

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
