Job Descriptions

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations
Ensure the timely shipping and receiving all goods on time
Ensure that all orders are completed on time and ready for collection or delivery
Develop and implement operational policies and standards to align with company requirements
Assist in managing warehouse operations by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees
Recruiting, selecting, orienting and training warehouse staff
Provide assistance in personnel, training and development, safety, technical and operation matters
Coordinate and oversee all relevant activities
Work closely with internal and external team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse, including equipment, vehicles (such as lorries or forklifts), and other related assets
Ensure the safety and cleanliness of warehouse
Report key information and decisions to Warehouse Manager
Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior or manager
