Job Description:
- To undertake office administrative tasks and to lead the human resources responsibilities (hire the right employees, process payroll, maintain employee records, counsel/ conduct disciplinary actions, conduct benefit analysis, update policies), to secure operations run with efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, self-motivated and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, prepare report/ presentations etc., for the upper management.
- Manage correspondence with local authorities or institutes. Support budgeting, book-keeping monthly expense or account statement.
- Salary commensurate with experience. Those with good performance to be promoted to manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Office Administration: 3 years (Required)
