Job Description:

  • To undertake office administrative tasks and to lead the human resources responsibilities (hire the right employees, process payroll, maintain employee records, counsel/ conduct disciplinary actions, conduct benefit analysis, update policies), to secure operations run with efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, self-motivated and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, prepare report/ presentations etc., for the upper management.
  • Manage correspondence with local authorities or institutes. Support budgeting, book-keeping monthly expense or account statement.
  • Salary commensurate with experience. Those with good performance to be promoted to manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • Office Administration: 3 years (Required)
  • Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Required)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
