Role Overview:
As a Marketing Consultant, you will serve as a strategic partner to our tenants, providing expert advice and customized marketing solutions that drive their success.
You will also work closely with tenants to identify opportunities, plan impactful campaigns, and ensure alignment with our branding while also supporting the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing communications and branding initiatives.
Tenant Marketing Solutions:
- Consult with tenants to understand their business objectives, target audience, and marketing needs.
- Develop and propose tailored promotional strategies that align with tenant goals and our positioning.
- Collaborate with internal creative and events teams to integrate campaigns effectively.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing tenants with actionable insights.
Marcomm and Branding Support:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing integrated marketing communications and branding strategies.
- Support in maintaining consistent branding across all marketing collateral, campaigns, and platforms.
- Prepare materials such as press releases, newsletters, tenant marketing kits, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with third party agencies and media partners to align messaging with our brand identity.
- Support in managing brand activations, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and physical footfall.
Campaign Coordination:
- Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables for marketing projects.
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Market Insights:
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive activities, and entertainment industry behaviors to contribute innovative ideas.
- Provide analysis of campaign impact to ensure strategies drive maximum results for tenants and the brand.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, branding, consulting, or a related role, preferably in luxury, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital platforms, and campaign planning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service and achieving measurable results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
