Department Overview

Current Product Engineering (CPE) team is responsible to resolve escalated customer cases
from the field, investigate validity, root cause and propose corrective action. The team works closely with Customers, Service team and Design engineering to ensure a seamless end to end experience for the customer. Besides, the team is also responsible to drive design changes in shipping products in the case of part obsolescence to ensure continuity of supply.

Job Description

• Responsible to drive post design activities and working together with global regional team on customer escalated issues
• Responsible to perform necessary technical analysis and make decision to provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure resolution
• Evaluate and analyze radio design by utilizing RF/Digital simulation tool, engineering equipment such as analyzers and oscilloscope, bench experiments and test & measurement automation
• Engage in prototype bring-up and debugging, functional verification, manufacturing support, regulatory & reliability certification & standard

Basic Requirements

Job Requirement

• At least a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in related field.
• RF experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to read EE schematics and has experience in EE design changes
• Familiar with EE simulation tool ie. ADS simulator
• Candidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
