As the Proposal Manager - Systems and Services, you’ll be responsible to define valuable solutions and meet our client’s needs building proposals for our systems and services projects. You ‘ll support the strategy, specifying the right system combination that will enable long term service contracts with our customers.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll coordinate & manage of all phases of Signify proposal process
  • You’ll develop the quotation based on value proposition, include the solution design, focus on managing risks and liabilities during proposal development
  • You’ll support Systems & Services sales professionals to negotiate contracts with Customer, establish and implement the delivery plans and strategies for successful proposal delivery in line with end Customer and Signify internal expectations
  • You’ll manage successful relationships between internal and external stakeholders to ensure proposal project success

Your qualifications

  • You’re graduated with an engineering degree
  • You’ve at least 8-10 years of experience in Bid / Proposal Management/project management or Quote support
  • You’re fluent in English
  • You’ve good ability to write proposals with knowledge of business law and terms and conditions
  • You’ve proven experience in assessing project costs with thorough knowledge of budgeting & financial concepts, including LI Capital.
  • You need to have experience in preparing bids for B2G tenders as well as B2B RFPs
  • You’re capable to be part of a diverse group of Engineers, Project Managers, Sales Professionals, End user marketeers, Project Procurement Engineering, Finance, legal etc.
