The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves leading the marketing team, overseeing all marketing activities, and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives. The Director of Marketing will analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Head of Hospitality and Marketing teams to oversee the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies that uphold the brand's image and positioning within the marketplace and the general public.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, public relations, channel marketing, loyalty marketing, campaign marketing, digital and new media development, and social media engagement.

• Ensure consistent communication of the brand's image and positioning throughout all marketing, communications, and public relations efforts. Monitor progress, ensure adherence to standards, and evaluate performance to achieve financial objectives.

• Establish marketing strategies and tactics aimed at maximizing revenue and delivering strong returns for property owners.

• Identify and drive group initiatives while leveraging brand strengths and resources. This includes executing international and local marketing and public relations efforts, as well as group promotions via digital and social media channels.

• Develop key performance indicators to track, review, and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within a corporate environment or marketing agency.

Skills:

• Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media management.

• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media ad management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Strong understanding of brand development and campaign execution.
