Job Description : Be in charge of staffs' leave management. Facilitate the onboarding process for new joiners and handle all related arrangements. Participate in staff recruitment and termination processes. Update and maintain employee records and personal files. Ensure proper record-keeping and filing of documents in adherence to GDPMD standards. Assist with commission, incentive, and OT claims. Perform relevant administrative activities and ensure proper document filing. Carry out any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior from time to time. Requirement : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field. With minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Fluent in oral and written English. Microsoft office skill required. Good communication skills, independent & responsible personality with right attitude. Must be able to work under pressure, be self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver good results.
