Attend to complaint received from residents and maintain good public relation with the residents Record complaint from residents Check documents relating to work requisition and assist with purchase order issuance Follow up daily with maintenance staff on their feedback on complaints submitted for their investigation Assist on the distribution of insurance certificate to unit owners Assist the administrative function in the office Assist the issuance of scheduled billing to parcel owner Assist the issuance of car and motorcycle sticker and access card Assist the coordination for all the facilities booking Follow up with contractors on their work schedule Assist the collection of the service charges and other related charges and issuance of official receipts Assist all transaction such as GL, AP and AR Assist the maintenance of latest cash flow statements Assist the issuance of monthly billings on service charges, water charges, insurance, quiet quit rent and other related charges Assist the maintenance of monthly cashbook, bank reconciliation & collection reconciliation Assist the preparation of payment listing for JMB/MC approval Assist with the issuance of payment vouchers, cheques/online banking instructions for contractors /suppliers/utilities invoices on time Assist with the monitoring of received of deposit by refunding deposit to unit owners or contra deposit against any outstanding Assist and summarize all figures on aging reports, daily collection reports and account ledger into monthly status report Ensure that all collection received are credited into bank accounts by routine checking on in bank-in slip Ensure that petty cash be limited to an account as approved by the JMB/MC Assist to charge, collect, demand and recover from subsidiary proprietors management fund and sinking fund contributions, interest and sum of money payable from time to time, issue reminders to recalcitrant debtors. All billing shall be made periodically as directed by the JMB/MC Ensure that all charges, expenses, disbursement and such other going whatsoever from time to time payable and duly approved by the JMB/MC for or on account of the said Property or any parts thereof, are duly paid and discharged
