Senior IT Executive

Job Responsibilities Implement IT policies for data accuracy and security, with knowledge of creating systems and applications. Analyze and translate the business processes and requirements into IT solutions. Offer technical assistance for issues related to computer systems, hardware, network and services. Manage installation, troubleshooting, and data storage. Maintain inventory of hardware, software and other IT supplies Suggest suitable technologies for the IT infrastructure and systems to improve company’s performance and meet its needs. Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness. Monitor IT performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times. Plan and execute the department budget, understand the cost and benefits to the business. To undertake any other tasks, assignments or projects as assigned by Top Management from time to time. Qualifications & Experiences needed Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information & Technology related fields (Software/Infra). Strong communication skills. Experience with cross-functional collaboration at many levels. Resourceful and independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong IT infrastructure, system, and application knowledge.
