-Facilitation of requirements gathering workshops or discovery with different business teams. -Provides business logic recommendations and solutions aligned with business objectives. -Work with business users in defining scoping and planning detailed approaches for all business work streams. -Understand the business needs and help convert those into effective solutions by working with technical teams. -Collaborate with Business and other technical and non-technical resources to ensure holistic and complete solutions. -Capture detailed requirements from business users and stakeholders. -----Documents these requirements into Business Specifications or Use case documents for review and approval by business customers. -Provide support and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). -Ensures change management processes are adhered to and enforce new changes in application to all relevant teams. -Work with users to establish best practice principles. -Play an active role in all phases of the project lifecycle, encompassing planning, functional design, development, testing, user liaison, training, deployment planning and execution, and end-user support. -Must have prior experience as a Business Analyst -Experience in General Insurance standard processes like Policy Servicing, New Business, Underwriting, and Claims. -Basic knowledge of General Insurance products and how it works e.g., Motor, PA, Fire etc. -Good communication and interpersonal skills
