Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book)

1. Execute company Health Safety Environment (HSE) and Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for ongoing project. 2. Conduct morning toolbox briefing & safety topic shared related prior start work. 3. Arrange safety briefing or client induction for manpower subcontractor. 4. Inspect and rectifying any unsafe conditions at the project site PCFK plant to the project team. 5. Correct any unsafe act worker at the project site PCFK plant. 6. Examine of sub-contractors’ work to ensure compliance with the Act and the Regulations under OSHA 1994 (Amendment 2022). 7. Advise the Project Manager and Engineer on all safety issues also assist to implement the safety policy, rules and regulations described in the HSEMS. 8. Ensure the compliance of rules and requirements inside PCFK plant. 9. Promote safe work culture to all worker involved in project PCFK plant. 10. Monitor all compliance with the permit to work (PTW) system and other safe systems of work. 11. Monitor all operational condition of HSE equipment (e.g. valid lifting gear, equipment are inspected). 12. Examine reliability, serviceability and maintenance of work tools and equipment. 13. Ensure all worker wear correct of personal protective equipment (PPE). 14. Conduct HSE awareness training to all employees. 15. Encourage worker to demonstrate safe work practices in PCFK plant. 16. Conduct “ZeTo Rules Briefing” for all new employees and apply during work execution. 17. Monitor all To ensure all accidents, incidents and near-miss are reported and investigated as required. 18. Manage scheduled waste compliance at project site in PCFK plant. 19. Report daily HSE performance to Project Manager & Engineer. 20. Conduct daily work activity inspection at project site.
