Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, ensuring proper food and beverage preparation, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. 2. Provide excellent customer service by training and mentoring staff, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. 3. Handles customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. 4. Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team of servers and other personnel. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce. 5. Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up-sell alternatives. 6. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop, update, and price menu items, ensuring they align with customer preferences and market trends. 7. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, sanitation practices, and workplace safety guidelines. 8. Any other duties as assigned by your superior. Qualification: - · At least 5 years’ experience in restaurant management is required for this position. · Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house workflows and health and safety regulations. · Proven track record in team leadership and staff development. · Strong customer service orientation with a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. · Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as well as local dialects such as Cantonese, Hakka and etc. · Comfortable to work on scheduled shifts, weekends and public holidays.
