Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the operations team with daily tasks and administrative duties, such as daily schedule updates, order arrangements for goods, transportation, etc.
- Answer and record phone calls.
- Professionally draft and respond to emails, and edit reports.
- Handle the company's daily accounts, including income and expenditure records, invoicing, and bill reconciliation.
- Maintain office stock equipment and ensure a clean working environment, while coordinating office supplies procurement and inventory management.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) as the role involves regular communication with suppliers in China.
- Familiar with office management systems and processes.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of AutoCount is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and possesses excellent time management skills.
- Able to work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
- Must have own transportation; candidates residing in the Kepong area are preferred.
