Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the operations team with daily tasks and administrative duties, such as daily schedule updates, order arrangements for goods, transportation, etc.
  • Answer and record phone calls.
  • Professionally draft and respond to emails, and edit reports.
  • Handle the company's daily accounts, including income and expenditure records, invoicing, and bill reconciliation.
  • Maintain office stock equipment and ensure a clean working environment, while coordinating office supplies procurement and inventory management.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) as the role involves regular communication with suppliers in China.
  • Familiar with office management systems and processes.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of AutoCount is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and possesses excellent time management skills.
  • Able to work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
  • Must have own transportation; candidates residing in the Kepong area are preferred.
