Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
- File and organize financial documents as needed.
- Support the Accounts Department with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualification in accounting or finance is a plus).
- Proven experience or interest in accounting or finance is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (experience with software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar is a plus).
- Good organizational and time-management skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
