Job responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation financial reports and statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements)
* Ensures Purchase Orders, receiving DO and Invoices are matched
* Help maintain journal and general ledger entries.
* To assist in daily accounting tasks and ensure all tasks are perform efficiently and effectively to meet datelines.
* Assist with filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
* Record the transactions of all business activities that occur using the SQL Accounting System software system
* Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* Independent, with good interpersonal skills able to communicate with all level employees
* Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, presentation slide, SQL
* Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
Office Hour :
8.30 AM - 5.30 PM
Monday - Friday
Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM500 - RM1,000.00 per month (depends on CGPA)
Supplemental Pay:
* Performance bonus & attendance allowance
