Roles & Responsiblities: - Manage key global accounts and lead Global corporate sales team in implementing overall corporate sales strategy including contracting under oneworld alliance to achieve Global corporate sales target revenue. - Establish and monitor contract implementation, account management and servicing plan for Global Corporate Account Manager to build and maintain mutual beneficial relationship with corporate customer and monitor/evaluate the performance of corporate agreement handled by global corporate team. - Lead team in each step in the life-cycle of the global corporate dealinh process, from initial engagement, RFI, RFP, contract negotiation and implementation. Conduct performance reviews with gobal company to ensure contract goals are met. - Facilitate the sharing of best practices with the global team in global contracting, implementation and account management approach. Skills & Knowledge - Excellent communication/analytical/negotiation skills. - Must be computer literate and well versed in Microsoft, Words, Excel Office applications. - Pleasant appearance, matured, positive attitude and self-driven. - High degree of commercial awareness and the ability to grasp complex business issues. - Must have more than 8 years of Airline Global Corporate Sales experience outside of Malaysia
