Job Summary

UCSI Schools is seeking a creative and skilled Reka Bentuk dan Teknologi Teacher to teach secondary students at our Subang Jaya Campus. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging lessons, promote innovation, and help students develop practical skills based on the KSSM syllabus.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching and Learning

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Reka Bentuk dan Teknologi, following the KSSM syllabus.
• Develop lesson plans, projects, and assessments that encourage creativity and innovation.
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that allow students to apply their knowledge in real-world contexts.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

Curriculum Development and Enhancement

• Design and continuously improve the Reka Bentuk dan Teknologi curriculum to align with KSSM standards.
• Integrate technology and modern design tools to enhance learning experiences.

Student Support and Development

• Identify students requiring additional support and provide tailored assistance.
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration through group projects and activities.

Collaboration and Professional Development

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and comprehensive Reka Bentuk dan Teknologi curriculum.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in design education.

Classroom and Resource Management

• Ensure the safe and effective use of tools and materials during practical lessons.
• Maintain an organized and conducive learning environment for creativity and innovation.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Technology, Education, or a related field.
• A teaching qualification or certification (e.g., Diploma in Education, PGCE) is preferred.

Experience

• Proven experience teaching Reka Bentuk dan Teknologi at the secondary level.
• Familiarity with the KSSM syllabus is essential.

Skills

• Strong understanding of design principles and technology applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire creativity and innovation in students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
