ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system 2. Preparing job description, advertising vacant positions and managing the employment process 3. Orienting new employees and training existing employees 4. Monitoring employee performance 5. Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment 6. Providing counseling on policies and procedures 7. Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance 8. Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1. Take responsibility and accountability for daily task (as delegate to you by your manager) 2. Providing counseling on policies and procedures 3. Develop training and development programs 4. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently 5. Attend all relevant training
