Must proficiency in Japanese,English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (JLPT N2 and above)

Job Descriptions:-

Management of personal information and numbers in public relations.
To develop PR Campaigns and media relations strategies.
To implement and monitor, evaluating communications strategy in order to support the communication objectives.
To maximize positive exposure in local, national and international markets.
To create media, from press releases to social media messages.
To increase awareness of the Company’s brand/business.
To organize PR events (e.g. Open Day, Press conferences)
To address all enquiries from media and other parties.
To handle all enrolment procedures
To plan and handle management of recruitment events
To recruit new student application and consultation - To listen to the applicant/client/parents’ complaints properly before suggesting an advice
SNS management
Administrative Duties - To be able to send new invoices and create important documentation
Compiling & creating the data including student records (admin + finance) before passing it to different department
