1) Hostel arrangement for student every intake
2) Ensure all the facilities in a good condition
3) Availability of vacant room is tally with the numbers of intake
4) Submit the list confirmation of student registered to Account Dept for update
5) Hostel maintenance
6) Ensure all maintenance issue must be fix within the time frame given
7) Hostel Inspection
8) Monthly inspection needs to be done
9) Major inspection will be done after student withdrawal every semester (Semester break)
10) Come out with the report
11) Bill utilities Collection
12) Collect from the students by monthly (water & electricity) or charge through portal
13) Prepare shuttle service schedule *referring to the class timetable
14) Student Hostel Disciplinary
15) Collaborated with Student Affairs Exec & SRC for monthly spot check
16) Attend any disciplinary issue in hostel area
17) Refund for Hostel Deposit
18) Matric Card (Photo session)
19) Jacket & T-shirt size record
20) Communicate with owner or agent of hostel if needed
21) Other adhoc task as instructed by Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Attendance bonus
