Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate and supervise daily construction works and adhere to document control procedure.
• Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans and procedures.
• Execute inspections and to utilize quality control mechanisms as provided for by quality management system.
• Issue memo to sub-contractors and sub labour workers for non-compliance of the required Quality Standard, Construction drawings and Specifications.
• Update and prepare site daily report, verify progress report
• Attend to site progress meeting.
• Check construction drawings and specifications and report to Project Manager if any discrepancy
• Liaise with sub-contractors for defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the supervision hospital project is advantages
• Self-motivated and is able to work independently.
• Registered with BEM as Inspection of Work
• Able to work at Melaka
• Possess good communication skills
• Punctually and good attitude work
• Preferably with ISO experience
