  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for handling the enquiries between internal and external
  • Responsible for handling the primary point of contact between direct sales and company to ensure any issues/concerns are resolved promtply
  • Manage the daily operations of the store, providing advice and support to the Store Manager in all areas of the business, including performance issues, packaging issues, cost control, system processes and business practices.
  • Monitor direct sales data at all times, track and update parcel data
  • Ensure that all store associates receive adequate training and are able to provide a good service experience in accordance with company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Required skills: MS Office, MS Excel
  • Fluency in mandarin is preferred as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
